Sherry’s Wet and Wild Pork Rib Dry Rub

Makes Enough for a Full Rack of Pork Ribs (Keto friendly recipe)

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Wild Jr’s Hot Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon +1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • ¾ tablespoon Stevia or alternately Cane Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • ½ teaspoons cumin

Preparation

Remove the silver skin membrane from the back of the rack of ribs. Blot the ribs with a paper towel then shake Wild Jr’s hot sauce over the meat it and rub into front back and sides until absorbed. Mix the remainder of the ingredients together in a small bowl. (for Keto use Stevia, otherwise use sugar). Sprinkle the dry rub onto the ribs front, back and sides until covered.

Place ribs in a roasting pan and cover with aluminum foil. Place on the middle rack in preheated 325-degree oven for 2-hours. Let rest for 10 minutes. Shake Wild Jr.’s on the cooked ribs and enjoy!

Wild Seafood Sauce

(Keto friendly) (makes 1/3 cup)

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Wild Jr’s Hot Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ground horseradish
  • 1 ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Worcestershire
  • 2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoon water
  • Large pinch Stevia or honey
  • Large pinch sea salt
  • Pinch garlic powder

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and stir thoroughly. Let rest for 40 minutes before use to meld the flavors. Sharing settings
