Remove the silver skin membrane from the back of the rack of ribs. Blot the ribs
with a paper towel then shake Wild Jr’s hot sauce over the meat it and rub into
front back and sides until absorbed. Mix the remainder of the ingredients
together in a small bowl. (for Keto use Stevia, otherwise use sugar). Sprinkle
the dry rub onto the ribs front, back and sides until covered.
Place ribs in a roasting pan and cover with aluminum foil. Place on the middle
rack in preheated 325-degree oven for 2-hours. Let rest for 10 minutes. Shake
Wild Jr.’s on the cooked ribs and enjoy!
